The presence of such a broad- based gathering, affirmed the truth that the complementary of man and woman in marriage is not just a sectarian proposition limited to one or another religious group. Instead it shows that the great religious traditions of the world together recognise that the truth of marriage is something written on the human heart by a loving creator.
